This was a big motivator for me starting this blog. I was tired of the foney-baloney promises on packages. I wanted to research things myself and share what I learned with the world!
Even though there are some meal replacement shakes out there that are designed for weight loss, and may work if you also eat well and exercise on a consistent basis, why torture your body with toxic chemicals if you can achieve the same results with a nice gluten free, all natural meal replacement shake? I believe that a quality meal replacement shake shouldn’t contain artificial sweeteners, chemical additives or preservatives, cheap fillers or any GMO (Genetically Modified Organisms) ingredients.
Being healthy means, being healthy inside and out! Why sacrifice your health to look good? Your body can look amazing without compromising your internal health. It is possbile to get lean and fit the healthy way by eating clean and making the right choices.
