If you are looking for information or reviews on Nerium that probably means one of two things: either you’ve been approached to join Nerium™ International as a Brand Partner and you’re curious if it’s a legit opportunity, or you’re looking at their line-up of health and beauty products and wondering “will they work for me too?”
This webpage is dedicated to helping you get answers for both questions.

Nerium’s business opportunity
Nerium International is a company that reaches its market through the direct sales/MLM model. This means every Brand Partner is effectively a sales person and a business builder at the same time. Most people are turned off by this business model when they learn that they can earn money from the labor of others because they confuse it with illegal pyramid schemes.
While the purpose of this article is not to give you an education on MLM/direct selling/network marketing, what we will say is that this ‘pyramid scheme’ objection is based on ignorance and a lack of knowledge and it can easily be disproved when the facts are examined. Make no mistake, direct selling is a booming industry and it can provide a terrific lifestyle to you and your family while you serve your clients ethically at the same time. You don’t need to become the stereotypical snake-oil salesperson to make a great living with Nerium International.
The company’s terrific start
On the company’s website, it boasts that Nerium International is the youngest company to ever make the Global 100 List from Direct Selling News. They also claim that they hit $100 million in sales in their first full year of business. These are impressive statistics, but do they mean that the company has already reached its peak?
How we gauge market demand
To answer this question, it makes sense to take a reading from the marketplace: do people still want Nerium’s products? There are dozens of really expensive and semi-accurate ways to determine if a company’s products are in demand, but I tend to rely on one particular method that I understand best: I simply ask Google how many people are searching for something, and then I compare that data from the previous year. I made a quick video showing a nerdier under-the-hood explanation of this:
For those who want the quick answer, here it is: more people searched on Google for Nerium-related things in 2014 than in 2013 (a lot more actually), and I predict this trend will continue for at least another few years.
Where most people fail
Now that we’re comfortable with (or at least aware of) the selling model and we know that boatloads of people are searching Google for this Nerium stuff, let’s address one of the most popular complaints that people share on the Internet when they are building their Nerium business: they think it’s hard to find customers.
The truth is, there are hundreds of thousands of people searching online for products like Optimera, and even more people in the offline world who would love to try Nerium products if they only knew about them. So why are so many independent business builders screaming “I am sick of bugging my friends and family to buy from me” when a whole ocean of opportunity is out there waiting for them?
The answer is remarkably simple: nobody bothered to show them how to market their product to anyone other than their closest friends and family.
If you really want to crush it with your Nerium International business you need to learn the necessary skills to put your Nerium product and sales message in front of thousands of targeted web surfers. You need to ‘go where the money is’ as they say, or more specifically, you need to go where the money is being spent!
We’re not going to dive into that topic with this article, but if you are ready for this type of training you should look at a detailed program such as MLSP (My Lead System Pro). I’ve read lots of unique success stories from MLSP members and I have a few on my Facebook friends list who have made 6-figure incomes from MLSP’s material.
Granted, we have not reviewed every square inch of this company, but based on the research we did perform, we can see no reason why a person should not consider joining this company to pursue a business opportunity. As always, be sure to read everything you sign and (in our opinion) most importantly: understand the associated costs (do you have to buy an inventory of products to get started?) and level of effort required (do you only have 5hrs/week to spare, but you want to make $20,000/m by next year?) to achieve your definition of success. Good luck!
Nerium’s health and beauty products
Nerium’s flagship product is called Optimera. According to the company’s product guide, it is a “blend of patented bio-botanical extracts combined and developed to help reduce the signs of aging.” The company also publishes information about the results of clinical trials for their Optimera product. Here’s what Nerium International says about this:
Clinical trials showed that use of Optimera led to significant improvements in the appearance of skin dryness after initial product application. And, after four weeks of use, improvements were noted in the appearance of skin radiance/luminosity, texture/smoothness, elasticity, and firmness.
